Exhibitors at our networking events are invited to explore exhibitor opportunities by booking a stand by contacting us via email. Each standard stall is furnished with a 6ft table and two chairs, offering ample space for pop-up banners and product displays. Larger spaces are available, so please get in touch for details.
To optimize networking opportunities, it is required that all staff from both exhibiting and visiting companies register for our events. Visitor registration for our next event is now open.
Please note that while there is a fee for exhibitor spaces, visitor registration is free. Additionally, there is no restriction on the number of staff attendees, allowing companies to fully maximize the networking potential presented by the event.
The Rail Link LOOKOUT Awards will be held at the distinguished Fota Island Resort in Cork, Ireland, on 5th November 2026.
