Rail Link is delivered as a structured rail industry exhibition supported by a curated talks programme.

The exhibition floor provides direct engagement with infrastructure owners, contractors, consultants and suppliers, while the talks programme delivers strategic and technical insight from senior industry speakers.

The Belfast event opens with a focused, high-level talks programme delivered in partnership with the Railway Industry Association (RIA).

RIA represents over 450 member companies across the UK rail supply sector, spanning multinational organisations and SMEs, and plays a central role in promoting UK rail capability both domestically and internationally. The rail sector contributes £41 billion annually to the UK economy and supports over 640,000 jobs, reflecting its strategic national importance.

This morning forum is designed for senior professionals seeking infrastructure insight, policy context and cross-border industry engagement before the exhibition floor opens.
